Product or service reviewed: Garage heater

They did mu wholeHome install which went very well. I also purchased a garage heater from an online retailer( which I wouldn't recommend). The heater came from the wholesaler not working and even though it wasn't Advanced heatings responsibility they came out several times to diagnose and fix the issue. Long story short the tech Kevin figured out the problem and fixed it when he had no real incentive to help. They did a great job and really impressed with how much they wanted to get that heater working for me even though I didn't buy it from them. Two lessons- buy your accessories directly from them, and they went above and beyond for me. Thanks!

Product or service reviewed: Furnace maintenance

Technician: Mike

My first time with Advanced Heating. Mike was the best. Will continue using Advanced for air conditioner when it's time. Although the furnace is r-e-a-l-l-y old, Mike explained all the working parts and said all is well for now. Have already made one recommendation and will continue to do so.

Mike is the best! Always very personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Plus he's just a darn nice guy. Always appreciate his input and help. Thanks for taking such good care of us Mike!

Heat went out 4:30 on a cold Saturday night. Technician was at our door by 5:15. Our 40 year furnace was pronounced dead. By 9:30 that night they had a brand new furnace installed and the old one removed! This company understands old fashion service.

Thanks to Advanced Heating (and Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning) for sticking with our annoying but not system debilitating problem for 8 years. They replaced the unit and honored their warranty. If only all companies did that!

I know the owner personally and professionally and Advanced Heating will not steer you wrong. They will fix only the things that need to be fixed and will not sell you more than what you need. You can't go wrong with Advanced Heating.
